Full-Time Cook / Kitchen Lead

Our lovely tea rooms in the heart of Stelling Minnis are looking for an experienced, confident cook to take charge of the kitchen and lead our small, friendly team.

 The Role:

• 5 days per week

• 9:00am - 4:00pm

• Permanent position

• Starting in March

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the kitchen day-to-day / taking full charge of the kitchen

• Leading and supporting a small team

• Food preparation and service

• Maintaining excellent hygiene and quality standards

• Stock control and ordering

 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven kitchen experience (essential)

• Experience leading a team

• Organised, reliable and passionate about good food

• References required
